Stones Rags prides itself on its quality, if you feel that the quality does not meet your standards, please contact us and we will help to fix it.

All claims must be lodged with Stones Rags within 30 days of receiving the goods. Please provide the packing slip numbers and date when submitting your claim. 
Stones Rags will replace, or refund the price of the goods affected, where applicable, in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Note; some products are sold 'as is', these are items that have been heavily reduced, or are seconds, for which they will be advertised as non refundable on the product page.
